Maybe you need to change your attitude towards the RC. You may think that it's boring, but ultimately it's going to give you the GMAT score you want.

You said that you have an IQ of 90? Was this number given to you by a competent professional? If so, then maybe the GMAT is not for you. Watch Forrest Gump, make tons of money and leave us all behind

The GMAT rule is that you cannot take the test for one month after an attempt.

Hi Deepak Sorry to hear about your score, but I guess it happens. Your verbal seems weak. You will need to work on that aspect. Mastering Sentence Correction is the way to go.
