remainders
when positive integer n is divided by 3, the remainder is 2; and when a positive integer t is divided by 5, the remainder is 3. what is the remainder when product n*t is divided by 15?
(1)n-2 is divisible by 5
(2)t is divisible by 3

in rect. co-ordinate system, are pts (r,s) & (u,v) equidistant from the origin?

Think option(2) is sufficient. Not clear bout the first one..
If in the equation x2 – 2x – c = 10, x is a variable and c is a
constant, what is the value of c?
(1) (x + 3) is a factor of the equation x2 – 2x – c = 10.
(2) 5 is a root of the equation x2 – 2x – c = 10.
please help.
