Num starting with 8 and odd =
1(1 For 8)*8 (Remaining) *5 (Any of {1,3,5,7,9}) = 40
Num starting with 9 and odd=
1(1 For 9)*8 (Remaining) *4 (Any of {1,3,5,7}) = 32
Total=40+32 = 72
