Could you please indicate the correct answer choice for the revised version of the question.

I assume it is E.

In any case could you differentiate options D and E.

In a rectangular coordinate plane, are the points (a,b) and (c,d) equidistant from the origin?

1. a/b = c/d
2. √a^2 + √b^2 = √c^2 + √d^2

+1 for A Options B and C are impossible since the stimulus already mentions Days with Light and Days with Medium rainfall are more in 1910 as compared to 1990.
