So we always talk about the average work experience of the B-school admits. I am just wondering, do we actually refer to the no. of years of work experience *at the time of application* (e.g. Oct), or do we refer to the time of actually being enrolled? I aim at the top tier B-schools. I took the GMAT 3 times already. 1st time: 640 2nd time: 710 (Quantitative way better) 3rd time: 700 (Verbal better this time...)
