When you come to 250th term, it would be a part of the sequence :
250th, 251st & 252th term = -5,0 & 5.
So Ans should be -5.

Also,looking at the options, only B doesnt have any factor of 2, it is 3*3*3 while the no if divisible by 12 & 9 should have at least 3*2*2 or 3*3.

I think this Qs can be solved directly through options.
Just Subtract 10 from each & find out which one is divisible by 4, which gets us B as ans.
but before using this..make sure no other option follows the same rule.
