Well refer to Manhttn for pronouns on page 71 for demonstrative pronouns this, that, these, those and for 3rd person personal pronoun..
Gmat prep now videos do a far better job of explaining the same.

Can we use possessive pronoun with names:
ie: can we use "his" to refer to John, or we can use "his" only to refer John's

Mate, there is a lot of value in his advise, as when your skill increases you would see a lot of different questions on the prep and as Brent says if you see a repeat question wait for 110 seconds approx and then answer the question..
