If you are part of the team and if the attitude of another member is affecting the quality of your work,do not hesitate to initiate action in them

A.do not hesitate to initiate action in them

B.do not hesitate to initiate action on them

C.do not hesitate to initiate action upon them

D.do not hesitate to initiate action against them

E.do not hesitate to initiate action for them
Thanks
Senthil

D for me.

Not only is the idiom correct, but none of the other choices make logical sense in the sentence.

My answer: D

A,E: doesn't make sense
of B,C,D, "against" shows the best action given the context

clear cut case of D

when you don't like someone you initiate action AGAINST him
