Some have suggested EMBA to me, but I want to get a sense on what range of schools I could get into full time.

Age: 33
Gender: Male
Race: White
Undergrad: Small Liberal Arts College (GPA 2.6)....lots of extracurricular activity in college including playing three years of division I soccer
Work Experience: 2 years as analyst in mid-sized bank. Then last 8 years work for major non-profit. Have worked closely with a very recognizable billionaire. Mostly marketing or related roles.
GMAT: Took it twice - 630 and 650. Both show fairly better for quant.

Thoughts?!

Assuming by your handle, you are in southern California, I would suggest the following:

1. UCLA (Anderson)
2. USC (Marshall)
3. UC Berkeley (Haas)
4. Pepperdine
5. UC Irvine

All have EMBA programs and four of the five would be an easier commute time.
