Let's analyze one by one,

I. $$\dfrac{47}{150} = \dfrac{48}{150} - \dfrac{1}{150} = 0.32 - \dfrac{1}{150}$$

II. $$\dfrac{111}{350} = \dfrac{112}{350} - \dfrac{1}{350}= 0.32 - \dfrac{1}{350}$$

III. $$\dfrac{299}{900} = \dfrac{300}{900} - \dfrac{1}{900}= 0.33333 - \dfrac{1}{900}$$

So we can say that

$$I < II < III$$

Therefore, A
