Guarenteed admission

I've read in one of the websites that one needs to select atleast 2 B schools one is applying to, based on the probability of getting admitted. How can one evaluate this?

Hi Madhavi,

It is generally a good idea to apply to several schools - see the sticky thread on school selection as well as the sticky thread on the GMAT/GPA requirements for top programs for some useful information.

Good luck!

Hi madhavi,

The short answer is no. MBA programs weigh a variety of factors when deciding which applicants to admit, and even perfect GPA and GMAT are no guarantee. School's also look at work experience, leadership and management potential, volunteer experiences, and quality of your essays and interview in the process.

Good luck!
