Wanted to check whether not taking the English Proficiency test ( TOEFL or IELTS ) and rather using the exemption given to one in case one has completed a graduation course in English, will affect my overall chances of getting admitted to one of the top 20 US Business Schools.
I am a native English speaker who has worked in a multi-national bank for the last 10 years. I have already done an MBA from one of the top colleges in India where English was the sole medium of instruction. The B-schools' application due dates are all in the first week of Jan 2017 and I have yet to take my GMAT exam. Hence given the limited amount of time that I have on hand, I wanted to concentrate on my GMAT preparation initially and, later on my applications.
Will appreciate your thoughts on the same. Thanks for your help.
Requirement to take the English Proficiency Test.

Hi there,
You'll need to check with individual schools and confirm their requirements. Best of luck on the GMAT and upcoming applications!
