Ok, I will not wait the OA, hope I am correct.
My approach to CR
- read the question stem first, understand the type of question and imagine most frequent gaps in this type of question
- read the stimulus. find conclusion and premises.
- make a pause, imagine how correct answer can look like. think "inside the box"
- read the answers
- mark one correct / OR eliminate incorrect

1. OK, this is draw the conlusion.
2. correct conclusion should be supperted by the information in stimulus and use all types of info in stimulus.
3. Premice 1: In 1994 C (conjunctivitis) far exceed G (glaucoma)
---Premice 2: G is common to those who are >50
---Premice 3: C common to every age
---Premice 4: In 2010 average age will be >50.

A. Contradicts with P2 and P4. OUT
B. Contradicts with P1 (C far exceed G). OUT
C. This can be if number of people rise. No such info. OUT.
D. Not fact. Age is not the only reason to be ill.
E. Average age of people risies, Average age of people who suffer from C risies. CORRECT.

TAKE E. Press "CONFIRM". Be the winner

Hey, thanks a lot. E is the correct answer.

BTW, I think the premise 3 is, C is common for all ages.

in order to bring avg. age to exceed 50, from 94 to 2010, you are likely to have bunch of older folks > 50 who are likely to suffer from glucoma

I would go for C as well. It seems the best and safest among the rest.
