PR CD software error please help

Extremely Sorry for the odd topic post here

Getting following error while accessing PR CD

"Create Overlay Failed, Please Lower your screen resolution or colour depth and try again"

did you try
right click on desktop -> go to properties ->settings
there should be a scroller for screen resolution.
make it 800 * 600 and press Apply then OK

Now try to run your CD.
