Sivaranjani-

Even with the competitive Indian applicant pool, I believe you have a good chance at your target schools. Females with technology qualifications are more rare to find, so this helps to shrink the application pool considerably in your case and puts you in position to distinguish yourself. It is going to look really good that you have bonafide leadership experience in your background as well as quantifiable impact on the organizations where you have worked. Make sure you emphasize this--explaining how you made your mark and it's measurable. Demonstrating fit at your target schools should be easy given your background, although I see less of a fit at Wharton, since it's a very finance-intense school. Have you considered Haas? That seems like a good fit as well, but given the difficulty of these schools from an admissions standpoint, you should also look to broaden your applications with a school or two in the safer range (Keenan Flagler is a good choice and has good technology access with its proximity to Research Triangle Park--sort of a "silicon valley south" kind of setup in North Carolina). Please let us know if we can help you pull your applications together. It's important that every component works in order to make the most compelling case for admission.
