Hi login2kk,
Thank you for your post!
As you seek to apply to MBA programs, there are a few factors you'll want to keep in mind.
First, considering that you already have an MBA, this will put more pressure on your interest in the degree now. However, depending on the one-year MBA requirements, this may help you meet some prerequisites. Additionally, with an undergrad graduation date of 2001, it seems likely that you are over the age of 30. It's important to keep in mind that those over the age of 30 historically have a reduced chance of success in full-time MBA admissions processes. This is because the typical admitted student is usually 27 or 28 with 4-6 years of work experience. It may be that you would have better luck with an EMBA or part-time program, as they generally are looking for slightly more mature candidates.
Moreover, most "tier 1" programs only offer two-year MBA programs due to the more immersive experience-the internship, the study abroad opportunities, etc. Northwestern / Kellogg and Cornell / Johnson would top the list, but you may also look at requirements at Emory Goizueta, USC Marshall, Notre Dame Mendoza, etc. Ultimately, your decision will come down to what you hope to do post-MBA. Without the benefit of an internship, you may find it difficult to open a new door with a different firm. That said, given your age and extensive work experience, I would recommend looking into EMBA programs. That way, you could keep one foot in the job market while advancing your education, too.
