I would go with A.
Can you tell me what confused you in this question stem.
I read it and after looking at answer choices , I felt it was too easy to be true so I read and re-erad to see that I did not miss anything .
So I will stick with the obvious choice A

This appears to be a Kaplan question and the OA is A.
You just have to keep track of the numbers on this one and it is not hard to do.
