OA is E .
Can somebody explain why E is preferred over A. what is the difference when we use 'and also' in A which makes it a wrong choice.

IMO E.

Who in A warrants a continuation of the sme sentence describing the person rather than having an independent clause set off by a semicolon

A is incorrect because the part before the semicolon has a subject with no verb.
