Statement I -
Full Time students
1999 = x
2000 = 50+x
But we dont know x, therefore we cannot find the % increase.
Not Sufficient.
Statement II -
5 % increase in TOTAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS.
We dont know the segregation of full time students and part time students.
Not Sufficient.
Combining Statement I & II (cant conclude anything) Everything remains the same as above.
Hence E is the answer.
