Or is 2c > 2b
Or is c > b?
(1) b is negative or b < 0 does not imply if c > b or not; NOT sufficient.
(2) c is positive or c > 0 again does not imply if c > b or not; NOT sufficient.
Combining (1) and (2), b < 0 and c > 0 implies c > b; SUFFICIENT.
The correct answer is C.
