Is (a - b + c) > (a + b - c)?
Or is 2c > 2b
Or is c > b?

(1) b is negative or b < 0 does not imply if c > b or not; NOT sufficient.

(2) c is positive or c > 0 again does not imply if c > b or not; NOT sufficient.

Combining (1) and (2), b < 0 and c > 0 implies c > b; SUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is C.
