Well this is my second try and i've upped my initial score from 30 points.

Need some advice regarding verbal because clearly looking around this is an embarrassment.

Hi raghav89,

Please provide more information such as
What was your strategy?, What books you have used?, and What were you scores in the mock tests?

The first impression one gets from reading your post is that you are more laid back than a normal GMAT candidate.

My suggestion : Be more enthusiastic. Give us more information on what you have done so far. (in other words, do not be so lazy). If you take the time to find your target schools, target score range, and do some analysis on what kind of preparation you did in your two attempts and then ask for advice, I am sure you will get help from the nice people in this group. Probably you already have your target score and just have to work on your essays and recommendations.
