Hi, I am a Singaporean who wants to get into a M.Fin course. Currently, I am aiming for Singapore Management University M.Fin program.
My "only" profile:
1) Working experience- 2 years as a teacher teaching High School Accounts (civil service)
2) NUS BBA major finance (2nd upper) GPA: 4.33/5
3) Passed CFA L1, L2, L3 (pass each with one try)
I tried the GMAT Prep and got 740 (Q50, V34<=don't remember what my verbal score exactly).
How do I increase my chance of getting into the program? Does M.Fin require management experience like MBA? Does M.Fin requires me to do some voluntarily work? What are the traits that M.Fin Director is looking in a candidate?
How do I improve my chance of getting into SMU M.Fin?

For an MFin you do not need any management experience, as that is not what is expected of you. Although you have been working necessarily in finance per se, with a 740 GMAT, your CFA, your grades, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to make the shift into finance.
As for your other questions - MFin is more of a "Technical" finance degree. Yes, it's great to have volunteer work, to have succeeded, to be active in the community, etc. However, as the exceptions of you to lead are not there, they are slightly less important to the Adcom, and what is more important is your capacity to succeed in what you ARE trying to do.
Hope this helps you good sir.
