Admission school options with 6 year work exp and 640 gmat

My profile is B.Tech IIT (GPA - 7.5/10), 6 years financial services. Had a bad 1st attempt at GMAT 640 (math:50 and englist: 25 or 27, awa 4 or 5).

que 1: should i retake gmat
que 2: what are my chances @ LBS, INSEAD, UCLA, Tepper, Kellogg, Krannert - Purdue, Ross- Michigan, Stern NYU, Colombia, MIT, UCB, YALE, Chicago, Fuqua, Tuck. trying to shortlist, if there are other good options please let me know.

Dear arjun1984,

To be competitive at any of the schools you noted, you will need to retake the GMAT and increase your score closer to 700. Ideally, you want to be above the school's GMAT average to be in the best position. You might also consider revising your school list to have fewer top programs, broadening your mix to include more reasonable and safety options.
