Dear pradep thangaraj,
I encourage you to do some research on what an MBA degree is, the MBA admissions process, and the career paths of MBAs. A great place to start is www.mba.com, as well as many other websites. If you believe you want to pursue a graduate degree at some point, whether an MBA or something else, then you need to have a strong transcript. All graduate programs will scrutinize your transcript and view your academic performance in your bachelor's program as evidence of both your ability and how you might perform in future coursework.
Regards,
Lisa
