The answer should be B.
He Julio acts as the subject and "She" as the object. Therefore "she" should be changed to "her".

D is incorrect because the predicate needs a verb. Right now the "as" is being used as "in the role of"
so if you rewrite it as
I want Julio and her in the role of project leaders
It is clear that the as is being used incorrectly.
