Employees should show loyalty to their company by fully supporting the company’s managers and policies, even when the employees believe that the managers and policies are misguided

The issues is whether employees should always support their managers and to comply with all the policies of the company even if they are misguided.I am not in favor of blindly supporting a person or a policy just because it has been enforced.
Firstly the essence of setting up policies is to have a positive effect on the company. So if an employee feels that the policy is not serving the interest of the company and is enforced for no reason he can simply go about rejecting it by stating the appropriate reasons.For example if a new rule has been imposed asking everybody to be present in the office by 9 AM everyday , it is not possible for everybody as people work with different people geographically distributed across the world.Specially In countries like India people have to work in timings that match with people working in US which has a time difference of approximately 12 hours. This eliminates the possibility of imposing strict timings for everybody as it makes no sense for a person working in different conditions altogether.
Secondly it is not necessary to always implement the managers orders. Because, even a manager is also an employee of the company and not the owner of it. So if we feel that the new proposal the manager of the company has put in place does not serve the interest of the company we can always state our reasons without any hesitation or fear and make him realize that the proposal does not really contribute to the well-being of the company.In other words we need to attack the problem at hand and not the person as such. This way we can contribute to healthy discussions and to the overall prosperity of the company.
Thirdly we should remember that we are part of the company and the company is part of us.We should therefore bear in mind that all the policies that are put in place will have an effect on us. So we all should feel responsible for the company and make sure that the policies that are enforced have a positive impact on us and the company. Any policy that is against the interests of the company or any person acting against the interests of the company should be brought to the notice of the higher management and see to it that the company is safe guarded as only if the company is safe are we all safe.

Your essay fails to make any good point (at least to me).
Many of your sentences are not grammatically correct and do not have any punctuations.
