Could you please evaluate my profile

Profile Details:

Age: 25 years
GMAT: Male
Nationality: Indian

Education:

Batchelors of Technology (Electronics and Communication) - 74.74% - GPA : 2.9 - Ranked among the top 10% of the class
Post Graduate Dimploma in Embedded Systems Design - 75 %- Topper of the class

Work Experience:

4 years of IT & hardware experience (Aerospace domain) in Honeywell Technology Solutions - a subsidiary of Honeywell International, USA
6 months of experience working in US - Awarded excellency award for an excellent onsite performance
4 months of experience as a team leader
1+ years of experience as an intellectual property focal
Awarded Excellency award four times
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

Extra Curricular Activities:

Music composer as well as a lyric wtiter - Gave several musical performances in the college
Can speak my native language and can sing my native songs in reverse - Gave several performances in the college as well as in TV
Can play piano
President of an art foundation aimed at preserving my native literature
Member of Green Peace
Volunteer of Honeywell Community Service Group and participated in various activities such as donating blood, organizing rural medical
camps, visiting orphonages and blind schools

Target B-schools:

Kellog:- Kellogg School of Management
Harvard:- Harvard Business School
Stanford- GSB

1. What are the chances of getting admission in these B-schools ?
2. Which school or schools do you think I have a stronger chance to get in?
3. Any other school that you think I should apply to ?

Hi B,
Thanks for your post. As you probably know from reading this forum, Indian IT candidates are in one of the most competitive applicant pools. And while your profile and expereince are stellar, its hard to access your chances of admissions - esp in this ultracompetitve admissions year.

I would consider adding several 'safety schools' to your list, in case you do not get accepted to any of the schools listed below. Maybe a few schools in the top10-15 range.

How about a one year MBA degree from IE business school, madrid or London Business School?

Since I dont have much experience as a manager, will a one year MBA degree suit me?
