Hi Aditya,

NIT and Amazon on resume will help. GPA is also decent. But your work experience is less in terms of duration and average extra currics also really dont support the candidature.

Unless you feel that you can get a 730 or so in GMAT and can do a great job with essays we would recommend waiting for an year and improving extra currics ( right now your extra currics are exactly same as what every techie from an engg college mentions)

Feel free to contact us for any queries.

Hard to say without your GMAT, good sir.
But two years is really a wee bit on the low side, even when it's three by matriculation.... FIVE is the average, so it means if you are applying with two, it's better if you are a superstar of sorts...

You might wait a year or two to see what additional experience you can gather... (leadership!!!)

Dear Swati,
thanks for posting here.

What you have so far looks good! Similar to the person above, your biggest challenge is the work experience which is very on the low side. But you DO have the advantage of being female and of having international experience. If your work continues to be interesting, you might wait a year or two to strengthen your profile. But if now is the right time for you, then you can take a shot at it too, with chances of getting in. I would suggest applying to more than JUST ISB.

whatever you decide, best of luck to you!

Hi Jon,
Thank you very much for the reply.
The only reason I am not applying to universities abroad (USA) is because of low work experience.
Thank you very much for sharing your views.

Swati
