The Method to be used for this question is that you need to judge whether the PT is too large to be accommodated. Since 15 is soo big that if you try to draw PQ, QR, RS, ST over the line PT then also the PT is larger; So, its not possible that PT has measurement of 15.

This question is based on the Triangle Inequality Theorem, even though it's not a triangle.
Since the four sides that you DO know add up to 14, the final side must be < 14
So, 5 and 10 are possible, but 15 is not.
Final Answer: C
