From a growing interest in times past have emerged a movement in television and the internet that are focussed on creating "edutainment" programming, recounting the most exciting stories of human history.
A- in times past have emerged a movement in television and the internet that are focussed
B- in times past has emerged a movement in television and the internet that is focussed
C- times that are past has emerged a movement in television and the internet that focus
D- past times have emerged a movement in television and the internet that are focussed
E- past times has emerged a movement in television and the internet that focus
"movement" is singular so definitely "has", limiting choices to B and E (c is wordy/awkward)
Is "past times" worse usage than "times past" and changes it from singular to plural ?
does choice "E" change the meaning of the sentence, Please comment ?
Times past or Past times? + meaning SC

IMO:B
D,E - Meaning is awkward, "IN" is a vital component and cannot be left out
C - awkward
A - have emerged is wrong as the subject is a growing interest
B - looks to be best option
In option B, a movement in television and the internet should have Singular Subject because Subject is "a movement" and not the compound subject [connected with AND]
