14 have > = 4 yrs experience
so 16 have < 4 yrs experience
3 of them have no degree
so 13 of them have degree and < 4 yrs exp.
Total no of degree holders = 18
5 = 18-13 have degree and > 4yrs exp.
so 16 have < 4 yrs experience

Pradeep, in those types of problems, always draw a table, makes things much clearer!
