Comments on 3month Study Plan!

Hi Everyone,

So I just got my MGMAT strategy guides and OG 13th, OG Verbal, and OG Quant last week. I've spent the week familiarizing myself with the test and took a MGMAT CAT a couple of days ago just to baseline myself before I put together a study plan. So I'm giving myself 13 weeks, hopefully averaging 15h/week (195 hours total including review).

My CAT revealed I'm about the same in verbal and quant, though I would have thought different being an engineer! That being said, here is how I'm thinking of dividing up my time, please any thoughts or opinions would be awesome!

Total Hours: 195

Quant 90 h
- Number properties 30 h
- Algebra 25 h
- Fractions, decimals, percents 25 h
- Geometry 10 h

Verbal 90 h
- SC 40 h
- RC 30 h
- CR 20 h

Essay & IR 15 h

So my goal is spend more time on weaker/more tested topics. Also, I'm thinking of studying 4 topics per week is that too much? I think thinking 2 verbal and 2 quant. Maybe 3 topics per week and alternate between 2 quant 1 verbal and vice versa?

Thanks everyone and your comments are appreciated.

Mitch

You don't need to solve every last problem in the MGMAT guides. If you think you are doing well, skip the easy questions.
