D Is correct as E has some Pronoun ambiguity

in E : " allows to " can refer to both Turtle and design of..but in d it only can refers to turtle as " allows that it can/" means " design allows that turtle can..."

Hope i m clear

But doesnt "it" refer to the first noun while moving backwards? In that case it will be correctly pointing to turtle

IMO: E
Allows - singular ( right)
Allows to ...., right idiom

B ( allow - Plural - incorrect verb use)
others - incorrect idiom ( allow)
Please share your idea and your reasoning :D
