Hello
I got my ID for mba.com locked after multiple attempts with wrong password. I tried to recover the password of mba.com using forgot password option. However it throws an error "Account is locked, please contact customer care".
I have called the customer care and they have asked me to mail [email protected] and i did that 3 days back.
But I havnt gotten a response.
This issue is urgent.
Please kindly help me out so that I can book my test date.
