That material was not written for GMAT test takers. About 95% of the formulas in that document are completely irrelevant on the GMAT - you'll never see questions where you could use them. Be careful about working from material not designed specifically for the GMAT; often you'll spend a lot of time reviewing things that just won't help you on test day.

Actually the purpose of the site is an in-depth knowledge of the subject.
Although, I agree some of the formulas can't be used directly but i don't believe that Gmat tests follow a fixed pattern of asking questions. They can ask any questions relating to the areas of Math covered in the test! Am I right?
