Hi Sunny,
You've got a lot of great stuff in your profile -- strong GMAT, high undergraduate performance, CFA, and brand-name employment. I'm seeing you as competitive for your target schools. I also like your honest assessment ("aspirational" vs "realistic"). A few things that are missing for me, that I would want to see you highlight in your applications:

First, international exposure. In your resume, I see you in the UK in 2007, which presumably is before you began your university studies, but I don't see anything since. So if you have been sent overseas for work, lived/studied overseas, or collaborated closely with global clients, this would be important to emphasize in your resume and essays.

Another thing I'd like to see more clearly is leadership, particularly current extracurricular/community service leadership. It's tough for young people in your industry to find the time for these kinds of engagements, so if you have any major involvements presently it would be a strong differentiator for you.

Finally, goals: continue in the same industry? Move into a different role or focus post-MBA? Why these particular schools (aside from their rankings in the finance world)?
Having strong goals, a clear pattern of leadership roles, international exposure, comprehensive research -- and, if possible, traveling to the US to visit your goal campuses -- will help you make the most of the excellent material you are already bringing to the table.

My recommendation is that if you haven't visited the schools and/or begun building ties with current and recent students at these schools, you might want to target Round 2, which would give you time to lay a strong groundwork for your applications.

Good luck!
