Conclusion : the number of people visiting park will increase
Evidence : wait time at entrance will be reduced
Assumption : reduced time at entrance will make more people to visit
I will explain why D is wrong ...
At best I think this choice is irrelevant
It states that people would prefer congestion at entrance than congestion inside
The argument at a whole does not even talk about the congestion, their is a possibility that increase in customers may not lead to congestion inside the park. Therefore, all we are really concerned about are time of waiting at entrance and increase in customers.
Also,While conclusion is talking in general about the visitors who visit the theme park, this choice shifts the scope and is talking about people who Oppose the plan - that might be 10 out of 100 visitors. Therefore what they think about the plan will not weaken the plans effectiveness if the majority of the visitors still agree to the effectiveness of plan
