Your score is a bit on the lower side with a little imbalance too.

Profile is fine but need refining in terms of high points.

Extra Curricular needs to be delved more deeply and need hard work from your side.

Overall we need to look for other aspects for a good theme.

You need to lower your expectation to the top 10 to 30 listers.
I am so sorry for your wife. God bless.

Hmmmm. I'm afraid that with a 660 Kellogg, Wharton and ISB are gonna be very long shots for you. Ivey can work though. That doesn't mean you shouldn't apply though! But it does mean that you need to add schools to the list that are more easily in your range to come up with a balanced strategy. And you gotta think what's best for you - either retake the GMAT and wait a bit more, or aim a wee bit lower down. One thing you can do, is focus on programs that might be lower ranked but that are very strong in healthcare.
