I'm not looking to get into the best business school, just an average school.

The average GMAT score is 600 for the school. The school looks at candidates as a whole and doesn't really have any requirements.

What can I do to get in?

My Profile:

2.4 undergrad GPA <<< will hurt me the most
2 years of part-time work experience (professional business internships)
1 year of full-time work experience (professional, with a fortune 500 company)

What GMAT score should I shoot for? 600?

Thanks.

If the average GMAT score of the program you are interested in is 600 then you should aim a bit higher to offset your low GPA. You should also consider gaining another year of FT work experience.
