Hey guys,
We've received several reports from users that links in their emails are broken and take them to a 404 page. Please note that this only happens for users who signed up for the study guide prior to November 2011 and are now trying to re-use the emails they received. Starting in November 2011, we switched to a new emailing platform, MailChimp. Effective March 2012, we also discontinued completely the old platform, Aweber.
What this means is that if you signed up for the study guide before November 2011 and now want to go through it again, the links in the emails you have WILL NOT work. We recommend that you sign up for the guide once more from the same signup page: https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-guide
Also, please note that we won't be able to honor requests to send the full study guide at once from MailChimp. This platform does not allow that.
Good luck with your test!

This page explains everything: https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-guide
Basically, you sign up to receive a series of 60 daily emails.
Each email has a set of learning activities that guide you, step-by-step, from Day 1 to test day. This will ensure that you will cover everything that the GMAT tests.
Here's an outline of all 60 emails: https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-guide-outline
Cheers,
Brent

Are you still waiting for your first email?
If so, you might want to contact Sorin about this (https://www.beatthegmat.com/member/2/profile)
He's in charge of the Study Guide email program.
Cheers,
Brent

I haven't received my first email from the 60 day plan either, I just contacted the admin that was named in this thread but am wondering if the problem has been resolved some other way?

I'm not sure if there's actually a problem.ryanstrand wrote:I haven't received my first email from the 60 day plan either, I just contacted the admin that was named in this thread but am wondering if the problem has been resolved some other way?
I think that, due to different time zones, some people will have to wait more than 24 hours to receive their first email.

Hi ,
I had registered on the 60 day guide recently,on August 26th 2013.
The email I received on the 4th day had a link to an article from Princeton about avoiding careless errors in GMAT. The link is broken and when clicked it returns a 404.
Could I have an alternate link to view this article please?
Thanks Soumya

Thanks for pointing that out.
It looks like the article was moved here: https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/2013/04 ... ess-errors

Hi Team,
I have been following your 60-day study guide and it has turned out to be awesome. This brings me to report an issue here. The redirection link in following pointer of above email takes me to some link/page containing a trojan virus. I immediately pulled out from that page and restarted my laptop. So, couldn't take the screenshot of the same. Request you to please look into it and update the link in case of a threat, if any. PFB pointer for reference:
tHis link is the one available in DAY 1 brief of the guide in the sentence that goes by:-
Become familiar with MBA Watch, a resource you'll be using later to investigate your target MBA programs.

Best,
Manika
