Hi Forum Members,

is anyone here considering to hire a MBA Admissions consultant?

I was thinking that we should consolidate together among those that want to hire a consultant and GROUP buy from a single company/freelancer. That way i'm sure we can all get a better deal instead of everyone making individual purchases.

Anyone keen to explore this option?

That is a great tactic and something I strongly follow - not only is it a great "deal" there is common learning in the group as well; just like group studying :)

Very interested! Do you know if these consultants help with PhD applications as well?

Most of them yes. They do help with PHD too.

So lets just watch this topic. We will be ready to make a deal with the companies once we have a little more people. Looking at around 10 - 15 people in total then we can negotiate a good deal with the companies and let them bid for us as a group.

I'll be following this as well. Not as a buyer, but I'll be curious to see if you can pull this off. Getting everyone organized could be tough. Also, the admissions consultants might not play ball, after all, they know what everyone charges and probably don't want to start a price war with their competition. Will be interesting to see! Good luck!
