Here is my take:
'Among' is used for a group. For example, Thieves gave half of the loot to police, and distributed rest of it among each other .
In option B, "tribes who interacted among each other" is correct - here interaction is happening within the group. While the second use of 'among' is wrong - here one tribe is interacting with other tribes, outside the group.

Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this divine within.

C it is.
The soln hinges on knowing this key usage:
1. Interaction between TWO groups, u use "each other"
2. Interaction between MORE THAN TWO groups, u use " one another".
once this is identified, one can easily zone in as hawk and swoop the
prey (C) .
