Word Problem - officers and committees

If anyone can help explain the steps to getting the correct answer to this question it would be much appreciated.

A certain company employs 6 officers and 4 junior officers. If a committee is to be created that is made up of 3 senior officers and 1 junior officer, how many different committees are possible

answer is 80.

there are 6 off and 4 jun off

from which a comittee has to be formed

6c3 * 4c1

(6*5*4/3*2*1) * 4

80
