Is the ans B here !!
From 1: x+y<0 either both are negative or one of them is negative
and from q itself : w+x <0 then one of them or both have to be negative.
Insufficient (plugging in no. also can be done)
From 2: y<x<w and from q itself w+x <0 so one of them or botn have to be negative.
Now if w is + then x is negative and y is negative.
If w is -, then both x and y are to be -.
By plugging in no. we can get ans. i.e YES.
