gmat prep question

at a certain theatre, the cost of each adult's ticket is $5 and the cost of a child's ticket is $2. what is the average cost of all the adults and childrens tickets sold at the theatre yesterday?

1. yesterday the ratio of the number of childrens tickets sold at the theatre to the number of adult tickets sold at the theatre was 3:2

2. yesterday 80 adults ticketswere sold at the theatre

x = num of adult tix
y = num of children tix

We are asked to find (5x + 2y) / (x+y)

1 - sufficient. y/x = 3/2. We can solve above eqn.
(5 + 2y/x) / (1 + y/x)

2 - insufficient.
