I have taken 4 MGMAT tests and scored:
47Q 31V 640
45Q 39V 690
47Q 32V 650

I have 7 weeks until my test date and have decided that I would like to focus on CR and RC. I purchased MGMAT Sentence Correction book and it has helped me tremendously; however, my CR and RC are rather weak.

Are the MGMAT books on CR and RC helpful? I have went over pretty much all the problems on the OG, but am also considering getting the OG Verbal Guide. I would like to do them all, but am not sure I have the time, considering I work full-time.

Any suggestions?

Furthermore, do you agree that it is more beneficial to spend the bulk of my time studying verbal? I feel that I could improve a few more points in Math, but there is more improvement possible in verbal so it will improve my overall score more.

Thanks

Form your scores I would agree that its now time to focus a lot on your verbal prep because your quantitive is already quite good and ofcourse you could review everything nearer to test date and touch up on points etc but if u could bump ur verbal close to ur quantitive then ur doing really well.

Since you have already done the MGMAT SC book you could also use the CR and RC books they are both excellent books. Another excellent CR book is Powerscores CR bible.
And you should definately buy the OG Verbal book and might want to consider the OG Quantitive book too to pracitce on the hard questions.

What exactly do u feel ur weak at? grammar? comprehension? etc
because u could do those CR and RC books learn from them then do lots of practice reading and then practice the OG verbal book.

I would say that comprehension is probably my biggest weakness. I guess I will get those two Manhattan Books and the OG Guides.

Thanks Mouse!

then definately get those books and get cracking you should improve very quickly and they are excellent books. The OG ofcourse is where you can practice some exam questions etc. You may also buy KAPLAN VERBAL WORKBOOK if youd like.

But if u get those books and start asap you should improve dramatically.
