A few thoughts and questions for you Negi00000:
- It is not clear if your diploma was a full time one? A tech job after banking diploma sounds discordant and begets some explanation.
- The pedigree of your college will matter. Though it is good to note that you've continued some of your ECs post college. That will hold you in good stead.
- For reasons outlined here, we refrain from making gut-based school selection assessments. That said, at a high level, you have the ingredients needed to put in a good application. Your post-MBA plans and expected/targeted GMAT though are some of the things that are not clear for a more holistic assessment.
