A few thoughts and questions for you Negi00000:

1. It is not clear if your diploma was a full time one? A tech job after banking diploma sounds discordant and begets some explanation.
2. The pedigree of your college will matter. Though it is good to note that you've continued some of your ECs post college. That will hold you in good stead.
3. For reasons outlined here, we refrain from making gut-based school selection assessments. That said, at a high level, you have the ingredients needed to put in a good application. Your post-MBA plans and expected/targeted GMAT though are some of the things that are not clear for a more holistic assessment.
