Can you tell me if this sentence is grammatically correct.
'I worked at ABC for three years before moving to xyz company'
Is this correct

you have mentioned two events in the past which happened one after the other, so in my opinion, the sentence can be rewritten as
I had worked at ABC for three years before I moved to xyz company.
this seems to be more clear to me...

"Since BEFORE and AFTER clearly tells us which is more past, we may omit the use of HAD before before and after after".
So the sentence can be right without had.
I worked at ABC for three years before I moved to xyz company.
