What school to apply?
GMAT : 700
Age : 30 , Female
Exp: 9yrs (2014), IT MNC, Now as Technical Lead of 12
International exposure: Worked 1 Year in London as onsite co-ordinator
Also worked in customer (US, UK) facing Role from Offshore
Not much extracurricular activity achievements.

I write good essays, got an interview call from Oxford, but didnot make through the interview. I worked 4 Yrs in Business Intelligence domain for US clients in Manufactoring and construction domain. Have supported Banking and Finance applications for another 6 years.

I feel that, setting my goal in Corporate Finance was my death knoll in the Oxford case. What career changes options may I opt for that may be acceptable to High-end Business schools. What tweeks in my resume should be there and interview.

My experience is vastly in business data analytics (Corporate Finance data, profits, Margins etc). Have already applied in INSEAD, Virginia Darden (This time have put goal as Business Strategy Consultancy)

Do I have any chances in LBS, Yale, Berkeley-Haas. The unsuccessful interview has shaken my faith a bit. Would be greatful for a bit of advice.

Oxford is selective, and it may be difficult to pinpoint exactly why you were not accepted into the programme. Clearly they saw enough potential in you to grant you the interview. I'm not sure about whether Oxford would give you feedback about your interview, but it might be worth the effort to seek it as it helps you prepare for other interviews, or perhaps a re-interview with Oxford in the future.
