Hi there, the eligibility for the MCA program is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or BSc (Computer Science) or BSc (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years OR B.A. or B Com or B Sc (any Graduation) with (Mathematics as one of the subjects at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent. First you ned to earn the said degrees in graduation and then you will become eligible for MCA LPU's School of Computer Application is ranked among the top four Computer Applications Institutes of North India by NASSCOM. Students from all across India and 15 plus countries around the globe are expertly mentored by an experienced and proficient team of faculty members. Students have instant access to the latest technology labs like iMac, SAP, etc that keeps them updated with the ever-changing technologies. In case a student has not studied computer as a subject in graduation, then he/she shall have to go through bridge/ additional courses (subjects) which may be scheduled before the commencement of classes or along with the regular classes. Hi there, in MCA or for that matter any other program, whatever be the number of students, the LPU follows strictly the UGC norms. The student teacher ratio at LPU is as prescribed by the government. Curriculum:

1. This program prepares students to take up positions as systems analysts, system designers, programmers, and managers in any field related to IT.

2. It aims at imparting comprehensive knowledge with equal emphasis on theory and practice.

Dear candidate, I would like to inform you that in order to enroll in MCA programme in LPU , first you need to complete your graduation. Only after that you will be able to apply for post graduation programme .
LPU offers MCA programme , which has the duration of 2 years. The eligibility criteria is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years OR B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics or Statistics or QT or Business Math as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST *. The programme fees per semester is 100000 INR , without any scholarship . You need to qualify LPUNEST entrance test also for fulfilling the eligibility criteria .
